Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity (§§ 8–10 DDG). Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected; any liability begins only from the time we become aware of a concrete infringement. Upon notification of such violations we will remove the content promptly.
Liability for links
This site contains links to external websites over whose content we have no control. We accept no liability for that third-party content; the respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for it. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking and no unlawful content was apparent. Permanent monitoring of linked content is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement; upon becoming aware of violations we will remove such links promptly.

Privacy policy (GDPR)

Hosting & server logs: When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, browser/OS) in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and reliably (legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
No tracking or advertising: We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Your chosen language and light/dark theme are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to us.
MOV 9000 AI assistant: Messages you send to the on-site assistant are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC and — for spoken replies — to ElevenLabs, Inc., both in the USA, acting as processors solely to generate a response. Please do not enter personal or sensitive data into the assistant. If you grant microphone access, speech is converted to text by your browser's own Web Speech API; no audio is sent to us. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a)/(f) GDPR.
Scheduling: Booking a call uses Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Data you enter there is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
Contact by email: If you email us, your message and contact details are processed solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1)(b)/(f) GDPR) and kept only as long as necessary.
International transfers: Where data is processed in the USA, transfers are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified.
Your rights: You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), data portability (20), and to object (21), as well as to withdraw any consent at any time. California privacy notice (CCPA/CPRA)
This section applies to residents of California. In the past 12 months we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as your email address if you contact us), internet/network activity (server log data), and any content you choose to submit to the AI assistant.
We do NOT sell your personal information and do NOT share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California residents have the right to know, access, delete, and correct their personal information, to opt out of any sale/sharing (not applicable here), and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. To submit a request, email ali.hariri@mov.dev. We will verify your request via the email address on file.
